• To run the report select a provider, services and report type. Press View Report button.
  
  

• All blue links lead to another report you can access by clicking the link.
  
  

• You can click the highlited blue bacl arrow to return to the previous report.
  
  

• To save the report click the highlighted icon and choose the format to save in.
  
  

• To print the report save it in pdf format first and then print the report.
  
  

• To filter the Provider Search System report select options for provider,region, county, city, demographics, diagnosis, and/or servicetype and click View Report button.
